Timing: we have a 60-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was delivered. To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.

As per company policy we leave the order responsibility on the customer. Please make sure you order correctly to avoid any issues. With that being said unfortunately we do not offer refunds if you ordered the wrong item.
Give it a few days because items may be shipped from different locations and/or dates for logistical purposes and efficiency. If you still have not received your items please contact email@example.com and we will assist you and resolve that issue for you.
For logistical reasons and efficiency, items in same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages even if you have specified combined shipping. Items sent in different packages will be sent at no extra cost to you. Please keep that in mind when waiting for your items to arrive.
